Brunch dates all day err'day



For the past and current month, I've been on brunch dates exploring cafes serving all day breakfast with the girlfriends.

We call them brunch but it's actually lunch.

Lola's Cafe

This is very overdued but last month upon Quekster's request we visited Lola's cafe. This woman had me waiting for her under the scorching sun for an hour I was in flames.



 

 

The long wait aside, lunch dates are always too short as Queks & I have endless of stuff to talk about. Still can't quite decide which of us is the more talkative one lol.

Brunch date with the Monsterz. Rainee's mom took over Char's spot that day as Char had a paper to study for :p

I was pretty happy with my eggs mushroom. And the toast were right to my liking, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside.
Oooh and the garlic fries are a must try!!

Brunch with the gang on a perfect weathered day. Kudos to the boys who will always wait, although impatiently but still, for us girls to finish snapping a million shots of everyone's food before we start :D

Symmetry/ I Am/ Secret Mission 

Last week, Char & I took time off from work for a secret mission at the airport. And before that we headed to Symmetry for brunch and I Am for rainbow cakes with the mojo & sean.

 

Reached Symm only to find out that their kitchen has closed for dinner and only sides were available.I only have myself to blame, could only leave the office at 3pm, bummer..

At least we tried the truffle fries.........................................

So our secret mission was.... a surprise wedding proposal from Morgan to Jerrine!!
Super excited as I've watched tons of videos on Youtube on these and always wanted to be part of something so fun & heartwarming. It also somehow makes me feel like a secret agent.

Except for the Eggs Cheeky where the braised pork cheeks was quite flavourful, the rest were just.......meh.

But great company ALWAYS make up for what lacked<3 font="">

It's that time of the year again, everyone's favourite festive season! And soon it'll be the new year and we're all due for new resolutions again. 2013 has been madness for me, a whirlpool of events but thru the bad I've found the good and I cannot be more thankful for everything that's in my life right now.
