It changes everything.

So so many hidden finds in my area I cannot wait to explore every single gem soon! One of my current favorite haunt is CSHH, which I'm sure everyone heard of. I personally loveeeeee their cappuccino, and would just walk over in the morning during the weekends to get a cuppa good ol' caffeine boost.

HEN HAO HE!!!

This was my first visit there, and the food exceeded our expectations because reviews online were all saying the food was nothing impressive. I've learnt to never believe food/movie/anything reviews anymore because I ALWAYS KENA CHEATED BY THEM REVIEWS LOL.

Went home for a short nap and headed to Town to meet up with an old friend for some catching up. The 3 of us used to work retail together back when I was 17. Oh man how time flies I really am old...

Dinner at Melben after. We queued for soooooooo long I was starting to see stars. must learn to eat something before I head out in future.. 
The first dish that came was the kangkong, and the hungry lot of us wiped it out quite quick haha.



The best dishes served last, the butter crabs were so good if there's a buttery heaven we were there loll.
and the crabs bee hoon, we always get a second serving for the soup yumz.

Back to Sean's for cake cutting!

And after a few hours of cards and booze, the birthday boy KO-ed.

Out for a late lunch to Department of Caffeine one Sunday. I would expect a really good cup of coffee judging by their signboard, but it was so disappointing and I would say 3in1 Nescafe coffee tasted much better than theirs. Their menu was really limited too, with a lot of items stroked off we only had a few to choose from. Lucky they didn't taste too bad..

I've been so busy this past month and the following week is not going to cut me any less slack but I'm liking this kind of busy. It keeps my mind off things I don't want to think about.
