Somewhere in the middle

May; To Adventure Cove was Sean's birthday wish and so we went. The only photos I got were of us girls with wet hair after alfresco showering hahaha.

Sunday date with Miss Lee for movie and shopping. Lunch was at Bangkok Jam with Dinner was some disappointing mushroom soup and interesting salad from a stall at the basement of Ion.

In other news, I'm not exactly a huge fan of Hello Kitty, all I wanted was the unicorn tokidoki but luck was never on my side :(

June; To River Safari as per Princess Ger's wish and a few of us attempted panda coordinates in a bid to improve our luck with kaikai & jiajia. But all you ever needed was patience. We gave up after awhile seeing that the pandas were just sitting around at the cages and made do with panda plushies shots but Jolene & Sean had a good picture of the pandas who came out to meet the world right after we left. Pfft.. Anyhoo at least we were blessed with good weather albeit a short drizzle while we rest our feet with panda baos and pandaccino.

Dinner at Rubato suggested by Ger. Her restaurant choices are always the best and the food will never go wrong with her recommendation! Hehe and the mandatory shot we always get couples to do before cutting the cake :D

 

Visited the Expo food fair on the last day and met up with the Monsterz for dinner at Saveur in the evening. Ambience would be perfect if they hadn't lift the curtains and expose us to queuing guests watching while we have our meal. And after ages of deliberation on where to head for a drink after dinner, we ended up at a Starbucks that was due to pull down their shutters in 10. Great night nonetheless, we got to walk off the dinner we had!


In slightly more than a month's time I will be embarking on a new direction in my working life. It's just a change of job but it scares the hell out of me that in a month's time everything will not be the same anymore. Changes scare me even though I know it's for the better, I just feel jittery all over.
 But one problem at a time, I need to inform my boss of my resignation when he's back at the end of the month. I'm not sure how is he going to react over it but, I must get it done.
