Some time back I visited Waku Ghin for dinner with the family for Mummy Crystal's birthday. They're avid fans of WG and it's only my first time joining them on one of their many return visits. Still remember one time I passed up dining with them here for BBQ with the friends.............regret. lol.

| While waiting, I caught the beautiful sun setting behind the CBD |
| And the skyline fading into a pretty pink |
The meal was definitely one of the best I've had in SG. I wouldn't expect any less either too after hearing how much the bill amount was haha :p
Kickstarting our meal...
| Gillardeau Oyster |
| Marinated Botan Shrimp with Sea Urchin and Oscietra Caviar, without a doubt their signature dish |
| Grilled Anago with Foie Gras, Confit of Zucchini and Sanshou |
| Jam Hsiao alike chef cooking our dish on a bed of salt |
| Alaskan King Crab with Lemon Scented Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| Tasmanian Abalone with Seaweed |
| Braised Canadian Lobster with Tarragon |
| Charcoal Grilled Fillet of Tasmanian Grass-Fed Beef with Tetsuya's Wasabi Mustard. What a mouthful haha! My another favorite dish for the night, these tender cubes of goodness melted in my mouth I died and went to heaven 7 times. |
Cold Somen Noodles with Myoga and Junsai. So refreshingly good I could have bowls of it
| Happy in our tummies ^^ |
| Petit Fours |
| Happy Bday again Mummy Crystal! |
