Staycation @ MBS

Spent the weekend over at MBS to celebrate my aunt's birthday. She booked a Presidential Suite to hold her party and as usual, it's always too short a trip.

This year, everyone seemed to have something up their sleeve for the birthday girl. From the lavishly decorated suite to a surprise group of hawaiian dancers/singers, Basking in the love of all her crazy spontaneous friends, no wonder my Aunt was glowing the whole night. 

 

Check out our humongous Presidential Suite! It has everything a staycation needs! Karaoke room, gym, massage room, they even have a room to wash your hair! 2 years back we had a christmas staycation here too, we didn't really make full use of the suite that time so we made sure we did this time round!

Back to the party, catering was arranged and boy was the food goooooood.

As my aunt's a fan of cheese and salami, we had a like 14 different kinds of cheese last night??  #lifeoftheatas lolll

I didn't realized that was actually the leg of an animal until this morning. Was it a cow or a pig? If I had known I was to be eating off meat shaved from its leg I doubt I'd touch it. But oblivious me had endless of rounds of leg ham and it was so good........

 

Then this whole group of friends dashed in and started screaming the birthday song with the silly flowers around their necks, how cute!

Meanwhile the party outside was getting really high, I walked out to find them all dancing to the 80s' music haha! Too shy to join them, I retreated back to my own underage party :P

Was too tired to last till the end of the party, they were still going at it at 4am! #Powerlah

These 2 the whole night until the next morning were doing Psy's Gentleman everywhere

It was a good weather day for a dip in the pool but I'm no longer a fan of getting tanned, was at the edge of the pool for a mere 5 minutes and I think I already became a shade darker! :O
Plus I forgot my sunblock so I was just hiding under the palm trees the whole time after.

Ho mai goodness someone save my complexion. Must not procrastinate my visit to the beautician anymore...

Headed back to the suite for sauna/steam time!

Checked out of our paradise at 3pm. Cheers to more staycations like this! 

Happy Birthday again to my best Aunt in the world, who always have so much to give with her big heart. So blessed to have her in my life :)
