Some time back Rainee brought us to Golden mile for Mookata and we all fell in love with it. Can't wait to head back for more!

Rather unique way of oiling the pan with pork lard instead of the normal oil.

Dimsum lunch @ Tunglok. The pan-fried custard bun was quite special but overall I still prefer the buns at Canton Paradise ;)

Thai food for dinner at I-forgot-the-place-name @ Shaw Towers. lol.

Drinks at Winebos after. Used to be a fan of the food especially their Pork Knuckle but sadly, their standard dropped quite a bit since.  Nonetheless, it's still one of my favorite drinking haunts! 

Because....

You get to buy 3 bottles for the price of 2! And you can either revisit again within 2 weeks or bring the bottles home if you can't finish them in a night!

The next week we met up again to finish the remaining bottles. 

Chong's surprise dinner at Ah Yat, seafood so fresh and good it was worth the thousand dollar bill(even thou it gave me the runs the next day :p)

Looking really forward to USS Halloween this weekend! Mich just went for the preview and she told me all about the place I can't wait! Am still considering whether to get the express pass to skip the expected long queue, not really enthu to queue for long for the haunted houses.... hmm
