I keep telling myself to not bring me down to her level but I couldn't do it.

Assumptions and accusations.... Anger always get the better of me. 

My outbursts have consequences...

But what am I to do

Putting on a brave face
Trying not to listen
To the voices in the back of my head

But it's alright now
